In an age where customer service is almost nonexistent--it was very refreshing to deal with such friendly personnel. They took a genuine interest in making sure we were satisfied with our product choice and also, providing the knowledge needed to install the panels ourselves.The ceiling panels arrived quickly and we installed the ceiling in one day. We decided to use wood trim with corner blocks. Using a piece of the tin panel, we matched the trim paint color. The minute we installed the first panel, the room began to take on a whole new personality. We wouldn't change it back for anything!
