Winners will be announced in Febuary of 2006 with a $750 grand prize awarded to 1st place. Send us 3 - 5 high resolution digital Jpeg files of your American Tin Ceiling, along with your personal comments regarding the ceiling. Our team of designers will review your submissions, and if one of your photos are selected, it will be displayed on our website with your quoted comments. Only digital files submitted via our website contest submission page will qualify for the contest. Mailed photo prints will not be accepted. The American Tin Ceiling Co. makes no guarantees as to inclusion for final judging. To be eligible for the gift certificate 3 - 5 high resolution digital Jpeg files must be submitted. Terms and Conditions The ceiling pictured in your photo submissions must have been purchased from The American Tin Ceiling Co. A minimum of 3 photos must be submitted. Customer comments must accompany the submission. Photos must be a first time submission (resubmissions are not eligible). Photos must be of reasonable quality to be eligible for consideration. Photos must be delivered in a high resolution digital Jpeg file format. Photos must be of a traditional ceiling installation. Wall applications, backsplash, art deco, metal scultpure and/or other alternative applications are not eligible. The photographer must hold the copyright to all photos he or she submits to the contest. Photographs that violate the laws of copyright will be disqualified. Photographers must have sufficient permission of any recognizable models or other persons appearing in the photograph to be able to grant to The American Tin Ceiling Co. the right to display their photographic submission online. The American Tin Ceiling Co. will not be liable for any legal disputes concerning photograph permissions. Any contest submissions that receive legal challenges from either copyright infringement or insufficient permissions will be removed from the contest. Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud. Photographers retain ownership of all copyrights. By submitting an image to The American Tin Ceiling Co., you hereby grant The American Tin Ceiling Co. permission and rights to store, display, and use the image, its thumbnails, your name, city and state of residence as the photographer, and your personal comments regarding the photo, indefinitely on any of The American Tin Ceiling Co. web sites and in any of The American Tin Ceiling Co. advertising or promotional materials both printed and on-line. The decisions of the judges are final. System malfunctions, network delays, and other technical problems occasionally occur, therefore, the American Tin Ceiling Co. is not responsible for assuring that photos are submitted to the contest, nor does it make any guarantees of when or if the photos will be entered into the selection pool.
