Collaborative Design Group
We love installations of our ceiling tiles that are non-traditional. Don’t get us wrong, a great ceiling or backsplash will completely transform a room, but it’s the unique spaces, uses and innovative design that really gets us excited about all the possibilities with tin. Our design partners have no shortage of creativity, and Mickey Bufalini of Collaborative Design Group in Houston, Texas is no exception.
"Good design is a renaissance attitude that combines technology, cognitive science, human need, and beauty to produce something that the world didn’t know was missing."

What were you trying to convey with tin?
"This beautiful home office / craft room was designed to evoke a sense of timelessness. We wanted to create a feeling of the past, like something that had been there for years, and resurfaced many times over. Tin tiles gave us that sense of longevity."
What has the response/feedback been like?
"Great, everyone loves it. The office, which is normally a dreaded space for work, is one of their favorite rooms in the house."
