Returns (Standard colors): American Tin Ceilings allows returns on Standard color products, up to seven days after delivery. If an order has not shipped yet, then the cancellation policy would apply. Standard color products are returnable minus a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned in a new, sellable condition. Customers must receive a return authorization within seven days of delivery.
