Returns: American Tin Ceilings allows returns on Unfinished products, up to seven days after delivery. If an order has not shipped yet, then the cancellation policy would apply. Unfinished products are returnable minus a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned in a new, sellable condition. Customers must receive a return authorization within seven days of delivery.
